Starting the Fast-Food nutrition with us is conditional on participation in the chosen nutritional program, only for a fixed period of time, decided by us, depending on the accumulation of your assessment data and their compatibility with the chosen Fast-Food Nutrition type (out of the 4 offers exposed in this type of nutrition), in the Fast-Food Program. Therefore, in order for you to be safe, the maximum time period allocated to each Fast-Food Nutrition exposed by us, may be different, depending on the Fast-Food offer chosen, as follows: Total Fast-Food Nutrition – maximum 7 consecutive calendar days, from the starting moment of the nutritional program, Combined Fast-Food Nutrition – maximum 14 consecutive calendar days, from the starting moment of the nutritional program, Home made Fast-Food Nutrition – maximum 28 consecutive calendar days, from the starting moment of the nutritional program and Fast-Food nutrition, of transition from Fast-Food, to Classic Nutrition – maximum 28 consecutive calendar days, from the starting moment of the nutritional program; following that we will decide, for each individual program (in the situation in which you would like to continue), if we will continue the chosen nutritional program or any other nutritional program, with you. These decisions are made depending on the chosen program and on the results obtained during this period, on your feedback, on the client-specialist relational compatibility, etc. 

We do not wish to continue if there is not a maximum collaboration, if there is no seriousness, if there are no results expected and observed by us, etc. The lack of results (coming from a prolonged activity lacking perseverance, correctness, etc.) may influence metabolically and functionally the whole body, possibly affecting both present experience and various internal states, by altering certain metabolic reactions, reverse, of formation and experimentation, in the desired and proposed direction. We shall decide to interrupt the program with you, so that you are safe and do not end up in various deficiencies or other undesirable nutritional situations. This decision is made, if we can not collaborate together effectively and if you do not have the results expected and observed by us, in order to prevent the situation exemplified above (of reverse influence), therefore protecting you. We hope you do not consider too audacious of us, the more severe manner adopted, in order to inform you about our minimum continuity conditions. All these work in common benefit of both you and us.

It is not always easy, to decide with whom to start and carry out complex programs of nutrition and sport or just nutrition, in order to feel that you are pleased with your choice and that you take the right choice. We would definitely not want to be your collaborators, in certain circumstances that might put you in awkward conjunctures.

Due to the different nature of these types of nutrition, your experience can be both passenger and with longer-term involvement, giving you a different experience than usual, depending on the chosen type of nutrition. 4 (four) weeks – Home made Fast-Food Nutrition

What does this mean:

– on the mutually agreed starting date, you will receive a nutrition created for 7 consecutive calendar days (each day will be different or not, depending on the chosen purpose), changed every week, depending on the data obtained from you about the evolution, perception, adaptation, etc., until the completion of 4 weeks – this means 28 consecutive days of continuous nutrition, without interruption, thus called by us, the completion of 1 (one) month of nutrition.

VARIOUS GENERAL RULES IN NUTRITION (INFORMATIVE ROLE)

 WHEN YOU EAT, IT WOULD BE BETTER:

– to adopt a posture that is as correct as possible (not on the back, not on one side, not standing, not walking, etc. – if you do not have to, due to a medical situation, needs, emergencies, etc.). The general-correct position for serving the meal is seated, the torso being in a vertical position;

– to masticate longer the food with a solid or partially solid texture (until its texture becomes like a paste) – this being done differently, depending on the aliment being eaten (you can not masticate a yogurt, the liquid part of a soup, etc., which do not have a solid texture). Also, there may exist situations where some aliments with a solid or liquid texture may have different melting or absorption properties (accelerated or slowed down), as well as taste or nutritive efficiency, in contact with saliva, depending on how long the food is kept in the mouth (solid/liquid chocolate etc.);

– when you masticate food more, certain substances in the mouth and body are activated, which can help more in the digestion process and efficient assimilation, resulting in greater benefit to the body;

– to not talk during the meal (you may even choke or eat more than you need, without realizing it…, etc.);

– to not watch television or anything else that might distract your attention from the eating moment (the taste may be different, because of lack of awareness – aliments may have another taste and properties, if you are aware during eating them – thus: you may feel fuller more quickly, feel less full, nutritional efficiency is better, etc.);

– to not rush to immediately finish your food (rushing can sometimes give a state of anxiety, during a meal, occasionally influencing taste, assimilation, etc.);

– to not eat under stress (but if it is indeed necessary or if you have to eat in such a situation, it would be better if the food had a structure and a nutritional value that is easier to assimilate, so as not to stress the body even more, and sometimes it is possible that the food in question to calm you down, depending on its composition and structure – for example, you can eat, at that moment, the most pleasent aliment for you, that brings you joy or if your preferred aliment is less nutritious, you can combine it with another more nutritious aliment, of your personal choice;

 

WHEN YOU DRINK WATER, IT WOULD BE BETTER:

– to drink water with small – medium sips (water absorption is much more efficient in the tissues, when drinking this way – drinking water in a more accelerated manner has other benefits and properties);

– preferably, not to drink water during the meals (only if it is indeed necessary);

– preferably, to drink water at room temperature;

– in case you have little water available and you are thirsty, you can keep the water in your mouth for a longer time, before swallowing it, to help you feel a partial sense of being full of water, until you can correctly hydrate;

MEAL TIMES: Breakfast – 07.00 AM  – 11.00 AM (breakfast can be eaten during this time); Lunch – 11.00 AM – 04.00 PM (lunch can be eaten during this time); Dinner – 04.00 PM – 09.30 PM (dinner can be eaten during this time – it is good to know, that dinner should be eaten at least one and a half hours, before going to sleep, but it sometimes can be eaten even less time before going to sleep, the time varying depending on the texture, nutritional value and properties of the aliments, food combinations and also the volume ingested, etc. When you start nutrition with us, we will explain you more, why the times are like this and how the eating time can be better managed, etc. Depending on your preferences, the number of the meals can be modified, etc.

POSSIBLE SIGNS AND RISKS OF NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCY

Another situation in which a nutritional deficiency may develop is that one, of the ingestion of many aliments, constantly, for a long period of time, beyond the measure of the consumption capacity of the body (gorging – when you can no longer eat, but desires (craving)/other conditions make you keep eating, etc.). Then it is possible for the body to exceed its consumption limit, thus gorging and forcing the different reactions and states in the body, so that afterwards affections or unpleasant situations to be manifested, which sometimes may be corrected only through much greater efforts than having an alimentary control.
