If it happens that in our Nutritional Offer there is no Program exposed for the type of effort desired, we will try to create, especially for you, a nutrition program that will help you in the desired goal. Our conditioning to you, of also doing the Nutrition with us, is given by the desire to do something performant for you and to protect you from the possible risks, arising from various nutritional deficiencies. When we can not control the nutritional phenomenon, in sport we can in no way, create trainings of any nature, because we will never know if you can cope with the trainings, without presenting, possibly, accentuated deficiencies of essential nutrients for the body (vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes, etc.), thus creating various possibly unpleasant situations, limiting the expected and desired result, etc.
The effort made with certain intensities, different types of breaks and different times, the form of training, equipment of a certain kind, environment and other characteristics, etc., force the body to enter a special regime of consumption and adaptability, and it is possible, that the existing nutritional values in the body, may not be at high levels, due to a diet not specifically adapted, thus, being possible that these may not supply the necessary total need of your body, in the effort performed. Perhaps, not having an adequate nutrition, adapted to certain required, specific conditions, certain trainings may change your state and chemistry, possibly, depriving you, sometimes endangering and affecting your health.
A brief explanation: At the beginning, if you do not have an adequate nutrition for the specific type of effort performed, it is possible that the body will try to rebalance the metabolic balance, etc., through various reactions, which can supplement, partially and limited, the given tasks, but later on, it is possible to reach certain deficiencies, which can be remedied over time, depending on the severity (1 week, 1 month, even longer), thus, possibly forcing you to interrupt the activity (due to the physical inability of the body to withstand the type of training started, etc.) or slow it down considerably, possibly not existing, in certain circumstances, the desired result.
Due to nutritional deficiencies and not only, when you make physical effort with different intensities (moderate, variable, etc.), and in certain conditions (dark, cold, hot, humidity, dry air, etc.), you may be exposed to many unpleasant situations (hidden, known or unknown medical conditions may worsen, adverse effects may occur during physical exertion or after exercise, – such as, intense muscle tension, muscle or ligament tears, muscle strains, abnormal blood pressure, abnormal-excessive fatigue, swelling of various parts of the body/from the body, faintings, heart rhythm disturbances, dizziness, severe headaches, respiratory failure, temporary loss of consciousness, numbness of limbs, partial-temporary blindness, very rare cases of heart attack, etc.). Therefore, you will not be able to do any kind of sport activity with us, if your nutrition is not also created by us, in order not to create and also to avoid as far as possible, the situations exposed above. Of course, you must have the consent of the doctor, in writing, to be able to effectuate the desired effort.
If you choose to do one of our Sport Programs and we consider that your body is not yet ready for that program, we will guide you to other types of training programs, with a gradual transition, to the sport program, desired and proposed by you at the beginning – these actions are necessary, so that you can safely perform what you have proposed to do, without the body being affected by possible tensions, specific to the type of effort, according to the chosen program, deficiencies, etc. We can not start the Sport Program chosen by you, if we consider that you may be at risk with the type of training you desire (you have medical conditions that do not allow the effectuation of the training, the body is not ready, etc.).
In the situation in which you are accepted:
Starting the trainings with us is conditional on participation in the chosen sport program, for a limited time only, from 1 (one) week (7 consecutive calendar days) to 4 (four) weeks (28 consecutive calendar days), from the starting moment of the program, following that we will decide, depending on the chosen sport program, from week to week or from month to month (in the situation in which you would like to continue), if we will continue the chosen sport program, with you.
These decisions are made depending on the chosen program and on the results obtained during this period, on your feedback, on the client-specialist relational compatibility, etc. We do not wish to continue if there is not a maximum collaboration, if there is no seriousness, if there are no results expected and observed by us, etc. The lack of results (through a prolonged nutritional and sport activity lacking perseverance, correctness, etc.) may metabolically and functionally influence the whole body, affecting both the current change process, but also the one in the future, possibly, over a short/long period of time, by altering some metabolic reactions, as well as by altering the form and physical structure, reverse, of formation, in the desired and proposed direction. This decision is made, if we can not collaborate effectively and if you do not have the results expected and observed by us, in order to prevent the situation exemplified above (of reverse influence), therefore protecting you.
Out of the desire to offer superior quality services, the maximum number of accepted clients, possibly, can be 1 (one) – to at most 10 (ten) people in Total (Nutrition and Sport, together, but each service having a separate price one by the other and being paid as two different services, separate from each other, or only strictly Nutrition, without doing sport, with us or with anyone else other than us), depending on the chosen sport program, on the chosen nutrition, on the degree of complexity, etc., following that the possibility of new clients coming, to be realized at the moment when we consider that this is beneficial for you, as well as for us, this criterion not only being given by the release of a place, but also of our professional availability at that time.

Depending on the chosen program, we will try to create the most efficient training, adapted to all the necessary conditions, required at that moment.
The physical training (the chosen training) will be carried out gradually, with easy stages, without sudden modifications, so that your vision and ability, as well as of your body, to understand the exercises and the way they are recommended to you (thus achieving a process of adaptation as efficient as possible, to the new form of physical training, etc.), can be easily assimilated as information and to form the new habits gradually, thus not creating a physical blockage (forcing from the first day, excessively, can activate the instinct of conservation, resulting in limiting the result).
The physical training is designed so that the training days can be connected to each other, at well-established and well-thought-out time intervals (that is why you may not change the training days between them, at will; only we may tell you how to reorganize them in exceptional cases, when you can not do the training on certain days), so that the body responds to what we want, and so that its reactions are aligned, as much as possible, with the training methodology. POSSIBLE SIGNS AND RISKS, OF LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The first sign that a person generally feels is a lack or decrease of the motor skills and/or of the physical resistance to effort, sometimes expressed by high pulsations, without signs of high pulmonary ventilation and at other times, by high pulmonary ventilation and without signs of accelerated pulsations, with short duration and low intensity effort (example in example: in cardio training – treadmill – a small effort with low intensity, even if you do not feel the effort, in some situations may give high pulsations, but without respiratory fatigue and without realizing that the body is, nevertheless, making a considerable effort; and at other times, you may have very accelerated respiration, without the pulsations being high).
