As we can observe from the various historical facts and current research, the nutrition of human has had various changes, according to the evolution of society and its new adaptability, to the new environment. Nowadays, the performing and complex evolution of all classes of foods, spices, etc., on a global scale, has inspired and continues to inspire us, towards bringing improvements in the global nutritional sphere. We, NUTRITIE FARA BARIERE, are trying to create a global nutritional balance, through the diversity and complexity of the nutritions, created specifically to improve the quality of human life in the new era – era that will lead to a beautiful human evolution, on a global scale.

Through the many studies, research, experiments, experiences and national and international collaborations, (United States of America, Canada, Korea, Taiwan, Spain, Mexico, China, Russia, etc.) with different specialists in nutritional fields (nutritionists, chefs, molecular cuisine, space nutrition, nutrition of the future, 3D printed nutrition, etc.), medical fields (doctors with different specialities and competencies), sports sector (coaches, sportsmen and women, sports nutritionists, sports doctors, etc.), as well as from the spiritual sphere (sacred nutritions practitioners, etc.), etc., we have concluded, that human can live through a multitude of nutritional and eating styles and ways.

Today, the highest level of culinary art has been reached. Now, cooking is not only a true art, but also a true science. We, NUTRITIE FARA BARIERE, have the belief that nowadays, nutrition, but better said, eating, is an experience or part of a multi-sensory experience, in which the many combinations of smells, tastes, flavours, visual forms activate certain chemical phenomena in our body and end up stimulating parts of the brain, thus activating certain hormones and substances, which generate, or better said, can bring major changes in the whole body. We created and offered, The Free Nutrition and Training Program for Pupils, within The Nutritional and Sports Education Program NUTRITIE FARA BARIERE, in Schools and High Schools in Bucharest.

Nutritional meetings with Kindergarten principals, and also parents, where we tried to bring solutions, to the problem of nutrition for the young children.
